Character Select Unavailable

<p>I am unable to login as the Updating button is greyed out, but it says my download states that it is complete.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I still have the same error.  Under My Characters it says No characters found, but if I log into eq2players.com all my characters are listed.  Any idea what is wrong?  This is my first time trying to log in for a few weeks.</p>

Make sure oyu have the correct region selected at the EULA screen - upper right hand corner</p><p>2. do not pay attention to the drop down box on the atch screen, this can be inaccurate for a number of reason, server down, transfer of characters, etc, instead - hot the PLAY button and go to the normalcharacter select screen, if you region is correct and the servers are not down you should see your characters</p>
