So that faction quest definitely seems to suggest that Neriak is going to be on a 2nd evil faction.  "Allied" with Freeport like Kelethin is with Qeynos, or completely separate so that the two evil factions are opposed? And of course that brings the questions on how to get to DoF, etc.

That's crazy. </blockquote>I don't think it is going to be its own faction.  Gromann is an exile so it probably has something to do with it.  Lets get a someone from Freeport, Qeynos, and Kelethin to confirm so we can be sure.
