Please someone help me with the alternate charecter appearences

I tryed to set them up in the options tab of the game, but I don't where to go to download them. I read on the forums that you have to go to the preferences page of the eq2 launchpad, but when i go to preferences, there doesn't seem to be an option that has anything to do with alternate character models. Please help me, i really want to use the alternate models.

Just curious...do you have a full account, or are you on a trial?  You can't access the alternate model set if you're on a trial account.
