Anyone getting this message while trying to transfer a toon to a diff. server? Any suggestions out there? I have emptied my broker (crates included) as well as my shared bank slots (crates included). An IN-GAME GM has cleared my email..( said i had some ghost emails), I have no exp. debt, my armor and equipment is at 100%, all my house items are consigned to my toon, and I am still getting this stupid message... waiting to hear back AGAIN from SOE support...omg this sucks

<p>i know this is a technical forum and not a billing forum but i wondered if anyone had an idea,</p><p>my character on nektulos server is ready to move, broker house mails, all sorted, when i try to transfer it says name needs to be changed so i think ok fair enough, but every name i try comes up as invalid, i have tried over a hundred names, all invalid, names i know are not used on splitpaw and couldnt possibly be rude or against policy ,yet it still wont let me have them, what is up?  i have transfered a character from oasis to splitpaw ok.</p><p> help.</p>

If you want a definitive answer on whether or not a character name will work, you could always send a /petition in and discuss it with the game masters. If you are not sure why a transfer isn't going through, the same thing applies. GMs can tell you exactly why your transfer won't go through.

I am haveing the same problem as Dirdy, GM's tryed deleteing ghost mail or w.e and nothing... i replyed the petition after and they replyed back saying they 'upgraded it to technical suport' which is BS for 2 reasons, One, its been 2 days and not so much as a bleedin reply from tech suport or anyone, is this soe's way of makeing there buck off this? hold back certain character transfers till after the free one so people are forced into paying 50$... im not impressed, oh, and for 2, i talked to live chat, which im pretty sure is the same as tech suport and they were the ones that told me They couldent do anything and told me to petition a GM...
