Splitpaw to permafrost

There is no option in the Transfer service to go from Splitpaw to anywhere.  Splitpaw is just not available

European servers are on a different update schedule from the North American servers.  Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the EU servers to show up on the transfer list as a result. If those servers don't show up after waiting 24 hours, then let me know.  I'll tap the developers' shoulders in that event.
