Hi,

I'm trying to add to my account a 90-days prepaid game card that I bought today and I keep getting these messages everytime I enter it ;

This is not a valid account key.

What can be done about it? : /

You're adding it to the "Enter Registration Key" page by mistake, it seems like.

https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2...ation/Details.m

Click "Edit Subscription," then select "Game Card" on the next page.

Yeah I went the way you said first...then I've been in the ''Edit Subscription'' section...enter the numbers...

First time I had this message:

This is not a valid game card.

And now I get...

This game card already registered.

: / Those this mean I just *lost my 90 prepaid days?

You will want to call us at 858-537-0898 or contact our e-mail or chat support at http://support.station.sony.com. Provide them with the game card and your station names. We'll let you know what happened to that time and if we can do anything.
