The blade graphic is exactly the same to that of the Prismatics weapons, never seen these guards with their weapons drawn though so can't be sure it'll have the same rainbow particle effect, plus I don't think the handle is similar on the prismatic weapons.

That could actually be the Silver Sword of Rage - drops of Lord Vyemn, the final boss mob in Labs, KoS raidzone above HoF!
