forgot my password

Hey everyone I quit playing about a year ago and I cannot get my password to work on my original account, and I dont remember the exact email I used when activating the account so Im having trouble retreiving it also.. this is so frustrating!! the station name works so I know the account wasnt deleted. Is all hope lost?? is there anything I can do??

Call 858-537-0898 and tell them your situation; they will want the first and last four digits of the credit card you used on the account, or the old e-mail address. If you have a product key they could look it up that way, but would still need the last four digits to verify ownership.

Ok thanks.. I still have the CC and reg keys from the game discs.. Im trying to get live assistance online but Ill call that if it doesnt work
