<p>Am I totally missing something here?</p><p>We are told that if we do not post properly that we can not be assisted.</p><p>On the 21st of last month I posted fully all the requested information needed to check on a problem that is NOT uncommon.(its way back on page four now) </p><p>There are tons on here that have posted the same problem as I some with and some without sys inf, logs, dxinfo, etc.</p><p>Yet from the 21st till now I still have not heard a single word on my post. I see tons of other posts that have not posted anything other than a problem and tech support jumps right in and assists them or atleast acknowledges their presence.</p><p>Yeah I am getting ticked off that so many are having a problem with something that so many are having issues with and none of us can seem to get a simple answer or even an acknowledgement from SONY that they are looking into it.</p><p>One of many Ticked off customers</p><p>WS</p>

<p>NM Tech support as I see how well you all are trained on customer service.... </p><p>Played EQ since EQ1 BETA and seen numerous changes in the world of Norrath over the years. The worst change of all though is taking customer service and flushing it down the toilet like SOE has.</p><p>After crashing 5 times in just under 2 hours though I cant truly see why I would pay 33 dollars a month for something I cant use and deffinately cant get tech support on. (And yes, I have started at the top of the list and worked my way down doing every single one of the suggested helps with the same end result... )</p><p>SO after 7+ years of adventuring I will hang up my pack and spend my money with companies that actually support what they sell.</p><p>It is heartfelt that when I say I am going to miss EQ, I truly am going to miss it. </p><p>Goodbye and Goodluck to all that have the nerve to put up with this crap, I just dont have that anymore. 4 + months of crashing with not a single word from a tech will do that to anyone, even us patient people.</p>

Rydella, technical support on the forums does its best to respond to every issue, but some slip through the cracks. We are adamant about letting people know that timely support that is guaranteed is best done via telephone at 858-537-0898 or through our live chat and e-mail system at <a href="http://support.station.sony.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://support.station.sony.com</a> I am aware of your other thread and after looking it over, I need to have a conversation with another tech here. I just saw your thread about ten minutes ago.
