Multiple characters on the same account logged in at the same time?

<p>I am unsure where I should post this, but I am a bit concerned because when I logged on my illusionist main on Najena today it said that 2 of my alts on the same account and server (who I had not logged in today) were also online... I had a few people check this out and they also appeared online to them. I could even send a tell to both of my alts on the same server, although they did not reply obviously...  Preceeding this odd occurance was an unusually bad hour of lag where i was 30 seconds lagging behind an entire raid.</p><p>I am concerned that I am either very bugged or that I am being hacked, and tried to submit a petition but the petition system is VERY complicated and I had no idea where to go to petition about this.</p><p>Can any CS or Technical Expert please offer any suggestion of what is going on?</p><p>Please move this post to the appropriate section. </p>

That's pretty freaky.  If you tried to log into the toons in question, what happened? EDIT:  Also, how long ago was the last time played (IE hours, days, weeks, months, nothing spesific) and was there anything bizzare when they logged (IE crash to desktop, error message, took 11 hours to shut down, etc)? Usually when I've seen oddball things like this, it's when one of my chars goes LD and I swap to another one.  It's rarer than an attractive female troll, but I've seen it once or twice where I can see the other char on my account still logged in.

The best thing to do if you notice items or cash missing would be to petition in to a Game Master and ask them to investigate the matter. If you would like help securing your account, you could call in to 858-537-0898 and discuss the account information with our Accounts department who will help you change any information you feel necessary, provided valid verification.
