Got two of these. </p><p><b><u>Both: </u></b> <b>Mark of Awakened Instinct</b> ( aITEM -916073847 1116952278:Mark of the Awakened Instinct/a ) - Adorned with a Judicious Clasp (+10 DPS) </p><p>This is what I've been able to get relatively easily. I'm sure there's a lot better out there in the form of fabled raid equipment, but that involves raids.</p><p>OH! Belts... I have a Belt of Dagarn, raid drop from Labs. I use it for both tanking and DPS. I contemplated getting a Sash of the Spurned off the broker (legendary, decent stats and a taunt proc) for tanking.. but the proc goes off 0.8 times per minute. Which means I'll probably see it once per fight. Big freaking deal.</p><p>I'm definately tempted to get a Thick Leather Apron, with it's mitigation bonus though. Stats on the Dagarn belt are really nice though so I haven't decided to drop the plat on it yet.</p>

<p>All acrylia (aside from imbued rings) is garbage. IMO you should do collection quests from EOF for the good jewelry - it has great stats and resists.</p><p> Acrylia...just sucks, again aside from the rings. No rings outdo the str/agi combination for dps, and as the above poster has shown, dark chitin ring is good for tanking as it gives decent mit/avoidance bonuses for jewelry.</p>

1) I haven't found a second collection-quest wrist piece besides the spirit-touched bangle.  Is there one?  Pockmarked is kinda neat, but it ain't as good as acrylia unless you need the resists.  All in all, there seem to be a lot of nifty rings and neck pieces, and a few nifty earrings, that are easily looted/quested.  Wrists and belts are hard to get. 2) Acrylia is good stuff until you hit 70 and can wear all that collection-quest jewelry.  If you've got the cash, or the harvesting time, it's worth upgrading to acrylia over T6 stuff for the 62-70 run.
