Tonight some guildmates and me went on an Unrest run - got through to Priest of Fear albeit only with wooden chests till then. Killed high priest (who's supposed to drop legendary set hat) and guess what - no chest - not even wood, just none... That's not nice we think - on to basement. But wait, what do you need for basement access? Right the purple amulet from Priest of Fear, which drops - right, in his chest - which is missing... Great one, so you write a petition and hope that you get at least admission to the basement - but wait, SOE changed the petition system lately - by removing it completely from the game... Of course no GM is availabe and there stops our Unrest run - and of course we got timer... Thanks a lot SOE for a ruined night because you are too cheap to provide paying customers the service they pay for!

Did you try going back to Jessa and see if she has a replacement key? thats what that chest she summons up is for.

It works fine.

Jessa in the gazebo will give you a replacement for any quest item that you lost for any reason. She says so when you talk to her.

you didnt by chance have people out of the group trying to determine what set piece it drops did you?

just wondering, because that would cause it not to drop a box

the whole outside of encounter fix they did

> you didnt by chance have people out of the group trying to determine what set piece it drops did you?

no, same six people in the group from zone in to disband after it got clear it's over.

> just wondering, because that would cause it not to drop a box

> the whole outside of encounter fix they did
whatever this was... possibly unanounced? > Jessa in the gazebo will give you a replacement for any quest item that you lost for any reason. She says so when you talk to her. Didn't know that, if it is really true - but we are playing on Laggo^h^h^h Innovation, a server cursed by SOEs localisation blund^h^h^h efforts and it might well be that it either was lost in translation or we didn't care to read it 'cause it was to painful to see our language so abused - what would I give for the possibility to play in english on the same server (after all their localisation is being done by a postprocessor replacing text fragments...)
> I wouldn't say it 'works fine', I might say it 'works sometimes, or even elevate it to 'mostly works',

> And since the update notes aren't up half the time, I bet most people don't even know about how it currently works.
Actually I saw the dreaded half functional support web form coming up and having had the experience to get support through this twice, I knew we would not get anywhere. Both times it took 3-5 days to get a first answer from somebody trying to be not helpful in barely legible english. First time I managed to get transfered to a supervisor who didn't really write english either but at least solved the case. The 2nd time I sent in the required information and never received an answer besides the automated one that the case was closed due to three days of inactivity - great system, really helps to sit things out over there...

After you speak to Jessa the first time, subsequent trips to her result in a dialogue option to tell her that you "misplaced an object", at which point she brings up the chest (including when you go back to get the locket from her). If this happens to you guys again, just have someone go speak to her to get the chest and retrieve the missing object.

Bugs happen. It's annoying, but there's not a whole lot that can be done about it. 24/7 live support is going to cost you a lot more than $15/month. An 18 hour lockout timer on a zone you're now farming isn't too bad.
