<p>Last night, a couple of us were doing the level 70 "Symbol in the Flesh" HQ. We needed to buy back our Ghoulbanes to do the Ghoulbane Empowered sub quest. However, when we all arrived at Nek Docks...NO SHADY.</p><p>Has the Shady Swashbuckler been moved to a new location? Does he despawn? Has he gone on vacation?</p><p>*Scratches head and wonders how to complete this HQ now*</p>
