Transfer request failed. System error

<p>I have transferred 1 characther successfully but now I get this message when transferring antoher toon.</p><p><b>Transfer request failed. System Error.</b></p><p>I got no items in my house that belong to someone else. No mail in the mailbox. No items on the broker. There is no request for me to change my characters name.</p><p>What is wrong or what can I do to get things right?</p>
