Glimmering cloak lining

Noticed new cloak linings on broker andwas thinking on getting one but cant find any information on them. Do they have to be applied by an enchanter or ? Can anyone enlighten me please? Thanks!

Silver Linings, just like any other adornment, can be applied by anyone. All you need to do is have the cloak you wish to adorn in your inventory (with no damage degradation, has to be fully repaired) and the adornment in your inventory. Right click and <i>Use</i> the Lining then put your mouse cursor over the cloak and click it, you'll start "casting" and presto! Your cloak will now reduce falling damage. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
