Character Transfers Still Charging

Trying to move my toons for the free transfers and its still charging for it.

After you put you credit card info in you will be taken to another screen,  on that page you'll see an invoice with the balance $0.00 out.

When I arrived at the Move Confirmation screen I received the following message... <span style="color: #ff0000">Transaction on hold by game. Please explain? </span>

Unrelated to the topic, but relavent to transfers... Anyone know what you got to do to be able to move a toon off an account you didnt originally create? Me and a buddy share an account but he lost his internet connection awhile back so I have been paying for it, and playing the account, he only comes over and raids on it once in awhile. He is getting his connection back in a month or so, and I figure now is a good time to snag my toons off of the account. However, I get error validating account (mind you my billing info is on the account I am moving to and from). So, suggestions of ppl who have had a similiar problem?

<p>You know? Out of all the crazy rules I hate about SOE this is by far the dumbest. Lets go ahead and let accounts rot when players get bored of the game. Why would we want someone else playing their "already payed for" software! Why wouldnt you want the monthly income? I know you guys dont make nearly the amount of money on software that you make on subscriptions.</p><p>Duh!</p><p>I hate big business especially when it comes to the game!! Keep it out of the game if people arent hurting anyone.</p>

Ya that has nothing to do with the credit card thingy. Go in game and delete your mail, remove all items (including your boxs,bags etc) from broker and clean your house so all items are in your house vault. Then start from scratch and congrats on your xfer!

<p><span style="color: #0066ff">My experience is this for a easy transfer.</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066ff">Empty broker this includes containers.</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066ff">Clear shared bank account this includes containers</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066ff">Have any items that are lore items owned by others removed from home. Pick up any lore items owned by you.</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066ff">Make sure your Armour is repaired</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066ff">Have your mailbox "empty"</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066ff">oh ps: It will say it's going to send you a confirmation email. But it wont, atleast not for the free transfers. I found this out the hard way. When I paid I got it. When it was free I waited like 2 hours and wondered what was up. Logged in to find transfer was already complete.</span></p>
