<p>Since the new patch I can't play the game, the graphics lag out from the start, for example the login screen where you pick your person runs at about 1 frame per minute!  It staggers / freezes etc.  What happen and how do I change it I don't want to reinstall it all.</p><p>Caedes</p>

I haven't seen anything that changed recently in the game that would even begin to cause this type of issue.  In order to help track down what might have caused this, I'd like to get the information regarding your computer's configuration and the configuration of the game.  This information may be gathered using the steps from this thread: <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=353617" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"> *** Read before posting ***</a>
