Free Character Xfrers

SOE, I tried looking at the Character Transfer page today and it does not show the PVP servers to transfer to and from. Also is there a special page for the Free Transfer during this xfer, as of right now its still a paid service? Thanks!

Thanks! </blockquote> The faq show only same ruleset to same ruleset transfers, you cannot transfer from a PVP to a PVE or from a PVE to PVP, that maybe why you are not seeing them.

Nah i dont think you understand what im saying here... and or i neglected to supply more info. I want to move a PVP character on Naggy, from one account to another account that i own. Im not switching from server to server... but i have yet to see an option for this, but it was announced as being an option during this week.

Twelvegauge: try it during the free transfer period. According to our website you should be able to do account to account, same server as long as you don't leave the PVP ruleset.

ALSO according to the website it said that the player with the same name as another on server you are transfering to gets to keep it if he has longer lineage with the name. It is still making me rename my toon. Am I supposed to be the petitioner on May 8th to keep my name? </p><p> Could have been explained clearer. But thanks in advance to any techies out there that can help.</p>

I assume they do this as verification of your account. Other wise anyone with your user / pw could just go in and move characters all over.

I'm trying to transfer a character from one of my accts to another.  I keep getting a msg reading, "cannot make acct validation" or some such thing.  Help!
