Gaining XP at Level 70?

After running around in SoS for a couple hours tonite, I pulled up the personality window after selling off some vendor loot.  I noticed my adventure xp bar was showing slightly over 2% to level 71!  Is this a glitch, or has anyone else noticed it on their toon(s)? Avitus 70 Paladin Blackburrow

I know a few of the UI mods have a little visual bug since the last GU which shows the XP amount even more innacuarte than it was before.

<p>I know my xp bar now shows I'm a few percent into the next level (and I've been at 70 for a while now), and I'm using the default UI, so its not just UI mods that are causing the issue.</p>

Default UI here too.  Checked it just now, still showing just over 2.2% experience to next level.
