DW Adornments

<p>I was just wondering if Scintillating Phantom Handle can be used to adorn my two dw weapons? And if it can, is it any point in adorning both my GDoH and DoN with it (or will it not proc off both)? Was thinking maybe using phantom handle on GDoH and +5 pirce on DoN.</p>

I believe the only drawback to using the same adorn on both weapons is that they do not stack. So, for instance if both weapons happen to proc on consecutive swings, you will only have 1 of the effects going on the mob. The second one just resets the timer. Of course, I'm not sure what the effect of phantom handle is, I'm assuming its a dot of some kind. As far as i know, the +stats adorns stack just fine. -t

It will proc off both.

Phantom handles are the only way to go imo.  They are not a dot it's an instant power drain on the mob and increases your power.  Between that, and either a dirge or coercer in my group and I dont have to worry about mental breach on long fights.

I have a power drain on my GDOH and +5 piercing on my rapier of darkness.  I also adorned a backup weapon, dirk of negativity, with a second power drain adornment.  I switch to this weapon for some fights, but most of the time use my rapier of darkness with +5 piercing. Don't use mental breach unless you absolutely have to.  About the only fights I'd use it on are avatar fights and I guess contested mayong.

<p>What about the cheap weapon proc adornments (divine dmg/heal caster)?  Will they proc if weapon already has a proc on it like Grizzlefazzle's?</p><p>Also, will the poison proc adornment conflict w/ hemotoxin/caustic?  Thanks.</p>

Yes they still proc, and no the poison won't interfere with hemotoxin or caustic.  As a rule, only dots will interfere with each other and only if both procs have the same name.  -h
