Wand of Crystalized Plasma proc broken

So I was trying to find somewhere where it actually shows in the logs that the plasma wand procs, or if there's a buff, and there is NOTHING.  I was trying it out in unrest and HOS and there did not seem to be and change to my average spell damage.  Is the proc just hidden but not actually shown in the logs? Could the dev's/artists/programmers please put in something that indicates that the plasma boost proc actually did proc? This is as of GU34 btw. ~Talekk

Well I have not logged in since Tuesday but I know pre-GU34 there was a buff icon that appeared.  Are you saying that was removed?

yeah, buff icon is not there. and nothing in logs about "plasma boost" proccing I'm surprised nobody else noticed this.

I finally got this wand yesterday and I definately saw the proc icon in my buff bar a lot during raiding.  It doesn't show up in your maintained buff bar, check the other buff bar that shows everything from your group and it should be there.

What are the 2 shortcut keys to open up the bars again? I guess I don't have 1 of the buff bars open or something.
