When i first got the game, I kept hearing about a citizenship quest and how you couldn't access all of the city until you did it. yet upon going into queynos, i can't seem to find anything about it. is there still a citizenship quest? i know, i'm a lvl 15 guardian and i don't know much at all about the game just yet.. still learning. oh yea, i've recieved a few titles, yet i don't know how to equip them. i have the kingdom of sky expansion and have no idea how to get there either lol... wow...

Im not to sure on the citizenship question, unless you are trying to switch citizenship from Qeynos to Kelethin or betraying from Qeynos to Freeport those are the only things that come to mind. In the old days you had to do a series of quests to get access to the whole city and "prove yourself" or your loyality to the Queen or the Overlord, but those have been removed along with most of the starter quests from the city zones. To use your titles you will have to go to your Persona options ("P" by default) then i believe its under options and you will have two drop down menus, one for prefix titles and one for suffix titles that will show you the titles you have earned. Simply click the title you wish to use and and thats it. You can get to the KoS zones by using the spires in either Nektulos Forrest or Feerrott to go to Barren Sky (60+ area) spires in Antonica and Commonlands go to Tenebrous Tangle (55+ zone) and the spires in Enchanted Lands go to Bonemire (65+ zone) however considering you are only lvl 15 those zones besides Antonica and Commonlands may be a little dangerous for you yet. But once you go Nektulos forrest, get the quest from a griffon tamer to retrieve an egg and that will grant you griffon access. Once you have that you can take the griffon from the Docks in Nektulos Forrest to N'Mars Ascent and if you jump off right after you pass the river it will put you a few feet from the spire to Barren Sky. Then simply hail the NPC right by the spire and recieve a teleportation shard, waith a few minutes and you will zone up. Hope this helps a little, im tired but im sure most of the info is accurate, if not im sure someone will be able to point out any mistakes. And lastly, welcome to Everquest 2, i hope you enjoy it and have many great adventures.

People got their panties in a twist about the citizenship quests and progression quests, so they were all removed (Or the progression quests mere made not a requirement)

I still have my Predator tunic, and memories of Level 12 Heroic dogs dropping through the floor on top of my noob head. At one time I had 4 shards scattered about in that instance.. I liked how the progression quests focused on your class skills.. the healer quest was perfect, you only beat it by HEALING, not by trying to kill stuff. Progression quests were fun, and the citizenship quest was too. I miss them somewhat, but the new stuff is fun too. Sad tho, when my fighters go to turn in Seafury writs the two NPCS for that progression quest still react and do thier dialog.

You may still be able to. They are actually quite fun.
