Bug with relic hat?

So, any of you lost your Crescent Moon Skullcap? I did, got it reimbursed and noticed it was no-zone <img src="/smilies/385970365b8ed7503b4294502a458efa.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. Then I lost it again while zoning <img src="/smilies/2786c5c8e1a8be796fb2f726cca5a0fe.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

In fact i have the opposite problem, i had my relic hat in bank and when i zoned into barren sky it poped in my overflow inventory ! and since that it pop again each time i zone ....
