Hello, I have friends coming fresh to the game. We are joining the Antonia Bayle server. The first is making a fury, the other a swashy. What do you think the third class should be? I was thinking a bard class or a zerker. I know you guys can help.  Any thoughts?

Zerker IMO

I'd go with a tank, shouldn't matter much which one, zerker is a fine choice. That'll be a very fun trio, you have pretty much all the handy little abilities, group stealth, ports, tracking, evac.

Hey Liluk, I recognize you from Venekor. I'm a Templar in the Qeynos guild called "Storm." Thank you for your replies so far. Any others?

A fighter class of any sort would work great.  Berserker is a solid choice.

I'd look SK to be honest. I miss mine. Plate, decent DPS for a tank and if played right, more consistent AoE DPS to hold out of encounter aggro (read: adds). If they spec reaver/taps... the Fury can relax a bit as well as holding aggro will greatly aid in keeping you alive.

A warrior because of buckler reversal will out DPS a Crusader while tanking.  Just a fact mate, no getting around it.  Also a Warrior will always tank better then a Crusader, so a Zerker would be an ideal choice.

lol you obviously haven't seen that bad baby in action. Ive seen raid tanks dps the hell out of an epic mob to the point where they get on the top 10 parser. When I was playing my wiz and swash and all the other classes in beta testing the raid zones I couldn't for the life of me figure out how the hell the guards and the zerks were doing it. Then someone came out and said its the buckler aa line. I even pvped against guards in beta with my monk and I couldn't believe how much dps that dam shield line was putting out. Its just pronominal. Defiantly the answer to tanks ever being handicapped in dps while soloing.
