A warden has approximately nothing to offer a DPS character. We have a fire/cold debuff on one target, pretty much everything else is designed to buff a tank. So, we can help a conjuror or a wizard do a tiny bit more damage to one mob. /cheer We have a crush/slash/pierce/ranged skill buff, but in a trio, that probably goes to the tank, who'll be in defensive stance and facing the mob, not to, say, a scout who'd be in offensive stance behind the mob. Wardens do fair DPS on their own, as do zerkers, so I'd try to balance against both of them, with another mid-DPS class with some debuffing or CC ability. Swashbuckler, Brigand, Dirge, Illusionist, Coercer. (Troubadors have mage buffs, so they're out.) The 'zerker buffs STR and gives a groupwide +DPS/+haste proc, so sticking with another melee type might be best. Then, the warden might consider switching to melee himself with the combat-art AA line.

No doubt best dps is Nuking... I don't consider warden all that great for PvE. I do love PVP warden, though. So long lasting, [I cannot control my vocabulary]. up to 8 CAs....... but you got to get rid of that setup in favor of 6 CAs or even worse, 0 CAs if you set up for raiding on a pvp server. Who knows, though. You can really do anything. I am 100% nuke PvE 100% melee PvP. Although, the 8 CA warden may be one that surpasses Warden Nuking. Even when considering EoF gear.
