Aa/Relic Glacial question

You know how the Relic Chest piece increases the damage of Glacial Flames by 95, I was wondering sense the Aa ability~ Glacial Strike can be used as an alternative To  glacial F.  if it gets the increase of 95 as well.

<p>Nope, it doesn't.</p><p>Also, it's strength that affects the melee strikes damage. Not int. So if you're going melee mystic, forget about int entirely. Priority order should then be wis/sta/strength/agi/int</p>
