Mystical earring of the invoker

<p>Char earring at the moment is getting resisted.</p><p>I was doing the warg mont quest today and decided to mez the warg so I didn't keep getting interupted. When I did, I proc'ed 3 different things... Aria, Finger Bone Manacles proc, and Mystical Earring of the Invoker. However, the mystical earring's proc got resisted. </p><p>To my knowledge, procs are not supposed to be outright resisted, but apparently there is some items that are still broke...</p><p> I will post a screenshot when I get home later.</p>

This would be new to me.  My proc stuff gets resisted rather frequently.

I've had procs resisted before, including the BCG and Vertabrack.

Procs get resisted frequently and always have, as far as I can remember.
