I was in a raid and i was lucky enough to get a fabled pair of gloves. I checked it out and it is unequipable. I aksed in game and the response was you have to go to lavastorm. Ok where in lavastorm? it's a big place.

Actually, it's in Solusek's Eye way down in the bottom level over the lava sea. There's an npc near the Forge of Ro who will convert them for you. You also need to have 3 gems which you can purchase off the broker or they randomly drop from all KoS mobs. The gems are unique for each armor slot / adventurer class. There are threads on the forums that will tell you what gems you need, or if you go talk to the npc, he'll tell you what you need as well.

What you got was relic armor mold, go to the armorsmith in Solusek Eye and have a chat with him and he will let you know what you need to make them into equipable gloves or check http://eq2i.com/articles/Relic_Gem_...etype_and_Slot. It's been very long since I have been there but I'm sure there are atleast some guide to exactly where you need to go in Solusek Eye but I'll try to give you some waypoints. 1. goto Lavastorm 2. enter the portal to the door to Solusek Eye, where Maglomanus is kind of. If you don't have the portal you will need to run quite a bit. 3. enter the next portal by the gnomes to go even further down, or run far again. 4. keep left and open the door you will see after a short while. 5. keep right, open grate, keep right... run run run 6. take elevator down, big disc with a red blob in the middle (if you have EQ2map you can see the armorsmith on the map now) 7. run on the ramps and keep right past the first disc 8. stay on the ramp straight and you will enter a kind of room where there is an armorsmith (giant) Good luck
