Armor for a non raider?

I am in a mix of everything and would like to make my toon more powerful.  I was wondering what would be a good mix or set that I could work towards without raiding if there is any.  Any suggestions?  Thanks ahead of time for the info.

<p>what lvl are you? are you looking to do more spell damage?</p><p>for more spell damage jewlery- mastercraft gear is good  +23 sta +23int +23 wis and sta </p><p>For the neck-  In Acad -Acadecgusmal crest- +8str +10 sta +18 wis +18 int +455 heat +455 magic symmetry 2   I also like the  vitae immortalis- +23sta +23 agi +23 wis +3 def  The treasured - nizari magical adept enhancer -  +20 wis +20 int  +2 fouc +3 disruption +3 subjugation and some resist make it nice as well</p><p>a good ring from the last guy in oob- signet of light from darkness - +10 agi +30 wis +30 int + resists... and a proc</p><p>the collection quest for the orbs gives a good earing and the grizzle guy gives a procing weapon.</p><p>Well ther alot of good stuff out ther. . just need to know what lvl and how u do ur damage. If lvl 70 then hit oob, nizari and unrest for some great gear.</p>
