Ok, I have Marr as a deity, so I have the valiant beast with the str buff following me around. The other day, I'm scrounging poisons off rats in down below with my pvp bow, and a level 13 freeporter comes up, kills my pet, and laughs at me? So where was the Lightning Bolt from Marr to teach this upstart not to mess with his mini-avatar? Didn't this enemy in fact just perform a move to debuff me, but I can't even respond because its not an attack?

The next Day, a group of guildmates and I decide to raid Freeport. Several of us are followers of Marr, so It looked like the mini circus had come to town. While waiting for the enemy to gather in numbers, one of the Freeporters begins to slaughter all our pets! Once again, here I am, carnage-flagged, receiving a debuff action from an enemy, and I can't even attack back? Where was my God's Vengeance? Ok, granted in downtown Freeport, his powers might be more easily diverted, but I should be able to respond to a debuff attack!

I have never targeted an enemy pet or removed an opponents pet unless it was by aoe. I am sure this is probably a tactic used by all sides, as people will be quick to tell me. I just never knew that the killing of my Deity's symbol, an example of my faith and hard earned favor, has only negative benefits to me, and positive benefits to my enemy.
