Suggestion for brawler weapons dropped in contested named in EoF

There are a lot of complains of why there are two brawler only weapons from contested mobs in EoF. People are unhappy since there is only one or none brawler in those uber guilds that are capable of killing contested mobs in EoF. For the rest of brawlers, we are also unhappy since best 1h and DW weapon for scouts and plate tanks drop in instance raid rather than contested mob. For example, Swatooth the Ancient drops best 1h in game for scouts and plate tanks (93.2 damage rating) in EH. The segmented rumbler drops best DW weapons for scouts and plate tanks (65.4 damage rating). Scouts and plate tanks can get their best weapons in game from instance raid but brawlers can't even get their 2nd best weapon from instance raid. It's really shafted for brawlers. It would be great if developers can reconsider moving at least one of DW weapon from contested named to either EH named or MMIS named, thank you.

Instead you get the 3rd best out of IS and 4th best out of EH. There is rumoured to be a DW Pick Axe drop off Brell(that nobody has seen yet), so there's that as well.  And actually Sawtooth the Ancient does not drop the best 1H in game for scouts and plate tanks.  It highly depends on how much crit % you have for people to say it is the best 1H in game for them.  If you have 25% or more usually Wuoshi's Axe is the best 1Her for a Scout, while Instanced Mayong drops the best 1Her for a plate tank. The Bisected Saber is not much better than the Grinning Dirk of Horror, not to mention there is very little +Slashing based gear for it to be all that great. I'm so awed at how you're crying over weapons, did you know that the best KoS(not TFD) Mage weapon came from a heroic quest?  Or the fact that the best EoF Mage Weapon(that isn't from a contested raid mob) drops in a heroic instance?  Please, quit crying about how you can't get the loot you want without putting in the time and effort to kill the rarest mobs in game.

well ...we get a chance to get them. in fact we have less chance of getting them than brawlers ...contsteds always spawn and its just rng what drops ...sawtooth and rumbler are both random spawns ..its now what 7months into eof ....1 bisected sabre has dropped on my server amd 0 machettes. in 6months of raiding eh my guild has seen the croc 3 times and its dropped a belt every time it was killed, in my guild alone there are 5 rogues and 3 tanks who could use the machette if it drops ...and 1 brawler for any brawler loot drops. And there is a fabled dual wield that drops in MMIS off Tac Armour ....as it stands there are to many brawler only drops in eof ...asking for more is just plain dumb. of the 8 avatars ...with 8 unique items ...2 are 2 handers for fighters and there is 2hander for brawlers and 1 dual wield ..mayong also drops a brawler dual wield....so thats more than 50% of the rare drops of contested mobs that are for fighters. where as scouts get bisected or machette and maybe wuoshi axe ..but thats more brig than the rest of scouts ....so as it stands scouts are getting the shaft for weapons in EoF ..not the fighters.

It's cool if developer can move one of DW from contested named to instanced wuoshi or instanced mayong.

I didn't ask for more brawler loots. I was asking to move at least one brawler DW weapons from contested named to instanced named as other classes. If you think that the pop rate of sawtooth and rumbler are rare, I am up for moving brawler DW weapons to sawtooth and rumbler. AND you can ask developer to move machette to Avatars since avatars are always up!

If you are not killing contested mobs, the best chest piece in the game does not drop off an EoF instanced raid mob. It doesn't even drop off a KoS instanced raid mob. For a non contested killing mage (coercer and necro excluded) the best robe in the game that is avalible drops off a soloable friggen bird in The Nest of the Great Egg.</p><p>Oh boo hoo... you have to settle for a weapon from a diffrent mob, be glad your not wearing a brown piece of crap that you and every other member of your class has had for the last year, and have nothing in game to replace it with AT ALL!</p><p>Add to that the fact that last expansion, the best mage weapon was a heroic quest reward, and when TFD came out, there was a dagger that some considered better, yet parsed lower for most mage classes (it was *better* because it was not the same as every other mage). Now, in EoF, the best non contested killing mage weapon is from ANOTHER [I cannot control my vocabulary] heroic instance!</p><p>Your complaining that the best 2 weapons for your class are from contested mobs, but you still have instanced options. Mages have 1 weapon, and one robe from contested, and after that we have to drop down to [I cannot control my vocabulary] HEROIC content!</p><p>But hey, keep complaining about having raid dropped upgrades to KoS heroic crap...</p>

Currently, best DW for scouts is a 65.4 damage rating weapon with 2% critical hit effect which was dropped in EH. The best brawler weapon from instanced named is 63.5 without any proc or effect. Obviously, 65.4 with 2% critical hit is much better than what brawler can get from instance. The current itemization is flawed in my opinion. Scouts didn't get weapon upgrade from contested and brawler got shafted in instance. I would suggest that scouts get one upgraded weapon from contested and brawler get one comparable weapon to 65.4 with 2% critical hit effect from instanced named.
