Multiple Installs of EQ2

I have EQ2 installed on my home PC. I shall be going on business travel in the near future and would like to take EQ2 on the road with me on my laptop. Can I also install my copy of EQ2 on my laptop or do I need to purchase an additional copy ? Just curious how the registration works etc. Thanks.

Yes, you can install the game on your laptop or another computer... You don't need to purchase another copy... If you wanted to add a new account, then you would need to purchase another copy even if you had the game already installed on your computer...  The game checks for purchases and subscription info when you login...  So, you could go to any computer, a friends or a business location that had EQ2 installed and play, as long as your subscription was current...  Furthermore, if your friend had the latest expansion install, but you did not purchase that expansion and logged onto your account on his computer you would not be able to experience the expansion without purchasing it... The game would load without the expansion until you purchased the expansion... lol..
