I've got my templar at 15, noticed not much caster stats on plate, have looked at upper teirs on the broker and seems to get better. Where should I be looking for gear? From quest rewards, drops or player crafted gear?Trying to up my wis so I have a better power pool. Tend to be tapped at the end of a 3-4 blue mob pull (which I'm sure is normal. That's a tougher fight for most classes). Being a provi definately helps. Do I need to depend more on jewelry and weapons stats for wis?

Thanks for the help!

Playercrafted plate armor with Stamina/Wisdom/Intelligence will have 'plate' in the name

Pristine forged carbonite 'plate' barbute or pristine forged steel 'plate' greaves

for example.

Caster stats on plate? Very hard to find - ask any Shadow Knight or Bard about trying to get armour with INT. For a Templar though - WIS as you say is your main stat, and that is what I focused on when leveling. Check the broker for "Devout" and you might find what you are looking for. In the 30s-40's Nightblood Armour (north Enchanted Lands or broker) had very good stats for a templar (and looks nice too). My Templar is more melee centric (save power for heal spells rather than nukes) - so I focus more on STR for soloing (easy to find on plate) I think the Armour Quests (some guy near the bank in Qeynos Harbour when I did it years ago - Ian Cathlin?) are now soloable. These give/gave most of a set of armour for the 20's, and probably give good xp too. (Levelling is much faster/easier now, so I wouldn't do them unless you like questing as you will level out of the wearable range fast) With a lot of players being level capped, you may find that harvesting all the ingredients for low tier armour and supplying them gets you a better response from a (high level) armourer - assuming you can't find what you need on the broker

Armor quests when you hit 20 for sure. After that, best bet is to go with the mastercrafted, there is gear more in tune with the cleric/crusaders... the devout greaves and such. Replace these as you get loot drops that improve on what you have currently. Good luck!
