human shape shifting to darkelf

Hello, When my human male shape shifts into a dark elf there is a graphical problem. The facial hair setup on the human appears distorted once he becomes a dark elf. The eyebrows appear on the dark elf's chin and the beard is floating beneath the chin. Is this a known issue, it's been happening to me for quite some time? When I return home tonight, I will post a screen shot and system specs. Thanks
