Yes, they do indeed stack. You may also want to look at the +1% block adornments that are available though, in many cases they are a better bet than boosting mit.

<p>+7 parry on the forearms is better than the available 67 mit.  And for the wrists, the +2% parry is also better than the available 67 mit.  And on the shield, the Tier 6 +1% block adornment is better than the available 67 mit.</p><p>So, in conclusion:</p><p>1% block + 7 parry + 4% parry is MUCH GREATER than 268 mit (depending on where they are on the curve, but 268 mit is roughly equal to 0.8%)</p><p>Don't forget with each successful parry, theres a chance to reposte some damage too, making parry very nice</p>
