Broken: Gloves of Whispered Echoes (Monk-PvP Set)

I am sorry to hear that the proc effect on the Gloves of Whispered Echoes does not appear to be working. I did test the issue myself and was also unable to get the proc to go off so I must conclude the item is not working correctly. I will forward a report to testing and we should hopefully see a fix sometime soon. Unfortunately there is no ETA as to when the item will be fixed but it will be done as soon as possible. Ok the proc is still completely broken. Can you provide us please at least with a rhough eta for the fix ? The reason im asking is, it took me a long time to get those tokens for these Gloves and i bought them specifically because of that proc (my old gloves were resist wise better for me and stats wise only slightly inferior). And if it will take some more weeks i would like to petition to get my  tokens back so i can buy something that actually improves my toon. Thank you, Caine Blades soon on Nagafen
