Can someone help please - just bought fallen dynasty and zoned my char to isle of mara and im stuck!

hi guys, can someone help please, just bought The fallen Dynasty Adventure pack from digital download and when i zoned my character to the isle of mara, my computer just crashes and now my char is stuck on this zone. Any ideas please!!!!

It's very possible you haven't actually DLed the adv pack yet. In your patcher, after logging in with your UN and PW, you'll be on the Update page. There are several buttons along the left side, one in particular is called "<i>Preferences.</i>" Click this and it brings up a popup about optional DLs you can have the patcher DL for you. Be sure and tick "<b><i>Download Immediately</i></b>" and the "<b><i>Fallen Dynasty</i></b>" adv pack from the list. Save these settings and let the patcher repatch for you. Once you've definately DLed the adv pack, you should have no trouble logging that character back in. HTH

<p>Yup, need to download the files for the zone.  I had that happen to me when I upgraded to Station Access Pass and had not downloaded the files for the zone.</p>
