EoF and no Bloodline?

<p>Didn't know of another place to post so here goes.</p><p>I purchased another account, have my toon to 30, go to Nek to run some of the Bloodline instances and says I don't have access.</p><p>I purchased the EoF and thought I got everything... does everytyhing not include the smaller expansions?  Or did I miss a quest or something to gain access.  I don't remember having to gain access on my main.</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>Hmmmmmm.  Not 100% sure, but that is an adventure pack and I believe you have to pay for it separately, like Splitpaw and Lost Dynasty.  I'd upgrade the second account to a Station Pass if that is the case.</p><p>I can't remember, but isn't there sort of an access quest tied to the D'Morte Insignia Band?</p>
