Behavioral Modificatinator Stereopticon not showing up in Logs when using

<p>When you use this item it puts nothing in the log files that it has been cast or landed or didn't work.  I would like this to be changed because I would like to see if it works or not.  Also someone could be using it for the wrong purposes.</p><p><img src="http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/1149/bmskk5.jpg" border="0"></p>

<p>I'm not sure what the wrong purpose would be, but I agree it should be listed in the logs like an Amnesia spell.</p>
