A recipe filter question I've been meaning to ask since I didn't find an answer anywhere else--can you set recipe filters you create to be character specific, or are they always global for the account?

For my carpenter and armorer I've created filters by tier, rarity and type of item, which is very handy in quickly bringing up the list of items I want. Sadly, my carpenter's 20 or so filters up in the same dropdown list as my armorer's set of 10 (and growing).

If it's indeed possible to set a switch or use a mod to only show filters for the character being used I'd be grateful to hear how or where to find the mod.

But, since the sweeping changes of LU#24 and the addition of the filtering by recipe name, most of the reasons for my filters are gone. I now have filters for tiers (and then do a search on the name, i.e. T6 with "mas", or T7 and a portion of a CA name) and then filters by transmuter and tinkerer, Nest, Frostfell, and other such specialties. The teir ones aren't filtered by the books, just level range. I really really wish the filters for the recipe book and the filters for the broker were in a client stored character specific ini that you could copy over for a new character if you want or leave 100% seperate.

I posted a question about modding this over at EQ2 Interface, so maybe an ambitious modder can devise a way to 'trap' the filters as they are loaded and restrict them to those created by the loaded character.

EDIT: Also, am I hallucinating or at one time were we not able to filter recipes so that as a weaponsmith I could show all DW weapons in a tier?
