Positional attacks fixed!

<p>*** PVP ***</p><p>- Citizens of Freeport, Kelethin and Qeynos who die in Azhar's Penitence will now have respawn options in the Sinking Sands.</p><p><i><u><b>- Fixed an issue where playing in third person combat might stop another player from using positional attacks on them.</b></u></i></p><p>- You will now get a message to the general combat channel about why you have entered into combat.</p>-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <p>Thanks to my persistence and dedication in this matter, positional attacks have been fixed!  Brigands rejoice!  I have been on a personal crusade to have this bug squashed for many, many months.  I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank Chris Kozak.  He responded to my PM's and fixed the problem.  It's really nice to see developers listening to the community and interacting with them directly.  Thank you Chris!</p>
