As of 4/1/07 I have not had a single proc from my helm. Plate Helm of the Ether (Mending Touch) In one session of 4577 heals (over a million hp healed) there is not one single proc from me, or on any of my targets. While your at it could you please finally fix it so Coercer Reactives work with EOF bonuses an Adornments.
