how do you determine the max level you can group with and still get xp?

<p>I have never seen the new formula, it used to be 75% of your level rounded up.</p><p>But their was some kind of nerf not too long ago.  Once you hit 55 u can group with anyone.</p>

<p>Nevermind, Cold Metal had the old formula in a nicer form.  I totally missed the nerf though, as I really enjoy mentoring.</p>
