Goading Gesture

I can't find Goading Gesture--Shadowknight lvl 20--Thought it would be automatic @ lvl 20 but can't find it anywhere??

It's the Splitpaw spell. You have to complete 3 quests in Sundered Splitpaw (I recommend Flitch's Prank, the solo arena, and the Trial of Harclave) before you can buy it from the mender there.
