Location discovery guide

I've been looking around, and haven't found a consolidated listing, by zone, of locations for xp/AA discovery - is there one, or is this a new project I need to work on? =) I was hoping there'd already be a guide out there somewhere, similar to Ripichi's collection quest database... Anyone know of one they can link to? If there isn't one already made, I'll start working up a spreadsheet from info on eq2i, personal notes, etc.
