Subjugation cap?

<p>Is there a Subjugation cap and whats the proper way to calculate this?</p><p> For example if you have a skill of say 350 in Subjugation and you have two items with +5 each is your skill now 360? </p><p>How high can we go?</p>

level x 6.5 is the cap.  At level 70 that is 455.  There is a diminishing returns curve, so as adding +5 when you have 350 will have more impact than +5 at 420.
