AA/Jboots Stack?

i have 35speed with AA.  Dinged 42, equiped Jboots.  My speed still says 35.  They not stack?

Nay, they do not stack. Only like speed buffs stack, i.e. In-combat or Out-of-combat. The two types do not stack with each other.
