Without purchasing the station pass? I need more slots, but I don't want to lose them if I don't pay for the station pass every month...as I wouldn't get much use out of it...only playing EQ2 atm.

Thanks

E

Nope. It's either 6 characters with EQ2 subscription only, or 10 with Station Pass.

You could buy a second account... Two accounts currently cost a little less than Station Access ($29.90 vs. $29.95), plus you'll get 12 character slots total instead of 10.

Otherwise, more slots aren't currently possible, no matter who you bribe.

Don't forget, with Station Access, you also get Bloodline Chronicles! Aren't you excited?

When you have a station pass, do you also get the expansions? Or do you have to pay for those separately?

No, you don't get all the expansions with Station Access. You need to buy them separately, or instead purchase the retail version (NOT digital download) of Echoes of Faydwer. The retail version includes the original game and all of the expansions to date; you just need the one EoF product key to activate all of them.

If you alrdy have more than 6 toons 2 accounts wont work cause youd have to transfer to second. Station pass is only option for ya.

Plus with 2 accounts you can play two characters at the same time I never tried it, but I imagine it would be cool...especially for soloing...or duoing? I cancelled my station access and deleted some of my alts for 2 reasons... 1) no way I'm paying an extra $15 a month just for 4 slots 2) have to split my time between EQII and Lotro so not as much time to play....

2 accounts r fun. I multibox and it is great for times when i want to quest only or grouping is hard to come by.

I got a second account right as EoF was coming out.

It is a lot of fun, and if you don't mind setting your graphics to extreme performance, you can 2-box on one computer.

Since I've got an old 1.6 Ghz P4 that is like 6 years old and can manage it, most likely anybody can.

It isn't quite as efficient as having two cpus, there is delay tabbing between the two, but I still have fun with it and can accomplish more than I would otherwise be able to solo.

IMO the 6 slots across all the servers is one of the silliest things about EQ2. The community is great, the game is great, but the lack of extra slots, is really IMO a poor move.

I sympathize, but this topic has already been discussed quite a bit in other threads (see here for example), so I need to close this thread.
