I cant figure it out where the powders come from, how to make them or anything else going on. Why isnt there any instruction out there for this. Someone please help. Im not going to pay 11GP for Aether Powder, even if I dont know where it is, where it comes from or who I need to kill to get it Thanks

When you transmute treasured items you hav e a chance of getting a fragment or a powder. when you transmute something legendary you have a chance of getting either a powder or an essence. When you Transmute a fabled item you have a chance of getting an essence or a mana. You can also get two of those like form 1 treasured item you can get both a powder and a fragment. but those are more rare.

If I remember correctly, it works like this...

Treasured = Fragment or Powder

Mastercrafted = Fragment, Powder or Infusion (rare)

Legendary = Powder or Infusion

Fabled = Infusion or Mana (Rare)

The level of the item being transmuted determines what kind of powder, infusion, etc youre gonna get. I believe its 5 skill points per level of item. For example, to transmute a lvl 20 item, you need at least 100 transmuting skill points.
