Noah Holmes was the man behind the redesign of Deathfist Citadel. Our international Community team held a quick interview with him to discuss these changes, and I thought it would be nice to share this with the US community as well. Link to Interview

Wow, it was really neat to see some of the thinking behind a zone revamp.

Sadly I haven't been inside of the new DFC, but I can't wait to try it out. I'm actually very pleased that this zone got a revamp since it needed one so desperately. I hope that other zones down the road get the same revamp as this one.

Yeah, what was interesting to me is that he worked on the revamp for over 2months. Seems like a long time, but it looks like the zone turned out well at least.

I'm still in the process of taking various feedback from the community and tweaking the dungeon so it's as enjoyable as possible.

The zone is a "Deathfist Slop Bucket*" full of fun!

Our issues with the final boss aside, the hubby and I have been having so much in this zone!

Just when we think we have everything (but the final boss) figured out, we round a corner and run into a new named!

Since Names are random, with the exception of those Names needed to pop Fyst, it's always an adventure in itself to see "who's home"!

---

* - come on! change the graphic on this! Make it a bucket with eye holes!! please!

Since it was my first trip there, everything was new to me and I had a blast. Well done! /notes Noah's avatar.. ummmm.. The zone itself is the same, the content has changed though.

Very good change i think, and toning Fyst down was also an awesome idea.
